Threadcraft is also developing a proprietary construction management program to capture site visits, photographs, videos and testing reports, upload them to a file-sharing system and generate dashboards and performance metrics showing administrative stakeholders whether a project is on schedule, on budget or facing significant development delays. The firm also works with platforms such as Procore while building in-house capabilities around individual client needs.
TEI serves as prime program management consultant for the City of Albany, GA. One of the initiatives, the 16 traffic signal improvements for the city, was designed and is being constructed according to the Georgia Department of Transportation standards and specifications.
On another engagement, managing two phases of work under an Environmental Protection Agency mandate, Dr. Threadcraft committed to the owner that the project would merit national and international recognition. The work was later selected for presentation at the 55th Annual International Conference on Water Management Modeling (ICWMM) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Employees at TEI participate across multiple project phases rather than being siloed into one function, gaining an understanding of how projects move from concept through final acceptance. Dr. Threadcraft invests in training and development, and says that recruiters routinely approach his staff.
As a former naval officer, he brings the same work ethic to engineering. He remains hands-on with QA, QC and process improvements, drawing on a background spanning engineering, business, finance and program and project management.
