Manufacturers who publish fire testing information will gain more credibility with both specifiers and insurance companies.
Another criterion to take into account is supply chain reliability. Projects with insulated panels usually involve a certain schedule of delivery of materials. Any delay will halt the process of enclosing the building and thus hinder the work inside.
The next phase of panel manufacturing will likely favor companies that combine product innovation with construction practicality. Customers want faster building methods, but they also need resilience, safety and verified performance.
